Kevin Miller took a page out of Janet Reingold’s playbook when it comes to two things: the art of a masterfully played game of golf and how to run a successful communications team. He knows that the key to success is an empowered staff, motivated to produce meaningful work that drives results. With more than 20 years of marketing experience, Kevin has led many of Reingold’s most successful integrated marketing and engagement campaigns and spurred the firm’s growth from fewer than 10 to more than 240 employees.
Before taking the reins at Reingold, Kevin was bringing smiles to the faces of children all over the world through marketing and outreach for Operation Smile, an international nonprofit that provides free surgeries for children born with facial deformities. He led Operation Smile’s multimillion-dollar promotions, cause-marketing campaigns, and co-marketing efforts with a variety of Fortune 500 companies — producing a 300% increase in corporate and foundation support and adding tens of thousands of new donors.
Kevin has an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, with a concentration in marketing and financial management. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland, where he first learned the difference between a bogey and a birdie. Kevin serves on the board of the Military Family Advisory Network and is a former board chairman for Operation Smile, where he now volunteers. Raised in Maryland, he lives in McLean, Virginia, with his wife, Amy; his daughter, Addison; and his son, Jack.*
